1. Code of Conduct

Parents and students must be respectful and courteous at all times. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and our school reserves the right to terminate contracts and exclude any offending parties from the drama school at any time.

2. Fees and Payments

Payments must be made on time or student can be removed from the school.

We accept cash, website payment and card reader payment (In person only).

When making card payment, Paypal and all major debit and credit cards are accepted.

There are no transaction charges.

Our drama classes include four trial sessions.

Our improvisation workshops include two session trial sessions

Trial sessions are payable one week in advance after trial has ended.

After the 4-session trial at our drama classes, should the student continue the sessions they are payable 8 weeks in advance.

After the 2-session trial at our improvisation workshops, should the student continue the sessions they are payable one week in advance.

A refundable deposit is payable upon enrolment. The deposit is retained until enrolment has been terminated, unless student fails to attend session(s) without at least 5 days’ notice before next session, which must be given by emailing enrolment@theatre-school.com. Deposit of £10 is payable for drama classes and £5.00 deposit for our improvisation workshops.

School has 14 days to refund deposit.

3. Enrolment and Cancellation

Students must be enrolled before attending our school. Students may leave the school at any time, however any session fees already paid will not be refundable and parents/carers/students must notify us by phone, email or fax.

4. Safety

Parents or another responsible adult must escort the child into the building.

Children are never permitted to leave the premises unaccompanied.

Please ensure we know who is picking up your child.

Children must arrive for their session 5 minutes before it starts and picked up no later than 5 minutes after they end.

5. Uniforms

Jewellery must not be worn in lessons or workshops and hair must be tied back.

Suitable footwear must be worn at all times.

After attending the student's trial sessions have ended should the student remain with the school, they must wear school t-shirt/jumper.

The correct uniform must be worn for classes, performances and other activities.

Our school accepts no responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of personal belongings including our uniform.

6. Travel

The safe-guarding of your children is our top priority. For this reason, parents and guardians are responsible for all transport to and from events and workshops

7. Timetable

Our timetable is subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for any inconvenience caused by changes to dates or times.
